Sheep Guarding Llama

Today was mostly a normal working day.

Okay, I know that I said this last week, but maybe this week will be “normal” and I will get a chance to actually do some catching up?  Today is Monday and I am back to work in the office “as usual” today.  “As usual” is taking on a whole new meaning these days for sure.

There was some serious sleeping in to be done this morning.  After yesterday we were really exhausted.

Yesterday we finished the moving into the apartment.  Today we have to finish moving into the storage unit.  If you thought that yesterday was hot, today blows it away.  The car’s thermometer, sitting in the shade at the storage unit, registered one hundred and twenty one degrees.  One twenty one!

After working this morning it was time to face “the truck.”  It is an insanely hot day here in Texas and there is just a ton of unpacking that has to be done today.

It is Friday and I went in to the office today.  For this one day I do not need to drive a truck nor move any furniture.  Today is my day to “recover” between the driving and the moving.  I am not looking forward to tomorrow.
