May 11, 2018: Friday

Friday. Was doing a customer audit this morning and actually discovered a customer who has a Pentium II 450MHz processor still in production. They have Pentium III and Pentium 4 still in use, too. Crazy stuff. We found Windows 2000 still in use, too.

Did some furniture moves this afternoon.

Had to spent a lot of this afternoon on the phone dealing with Sage support.

The girls spent some time this afternoon playing Roblox. That is their new obsession.

May 10, 2018: Late Night Homework

Thursday. My busy week continues. Normal tickets and desk all morning. The lots of system updates in the early afternoon.

This evening we continued our Harry Potter marathon for Paul. We are on the fourth movie now, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Joy worked overnight for us tonight covering the night shift.

At one in the morning, Paula woke me up because she needed help with her English homework. So I was up for about half an hour helping with that. Since I was up and at my desk, I worked for a while on tickets. I stayed up till three and did a MangoLassi platform update as well.

May 7, 2018: Meeting Our Accountant

Monday. It was an exhausting night last night, I only got about three hours of sleep and was not happy to be getting up this morning.  So tired and worn out.

It was a warm day today, I noticed it over 92 this afternoon.

Our accountant decided to come over today to meet with us, so the morning turned into a lot of frantic cleaning as the house is really quite a disaster.  We still have construction mess all over the place and the bathroom is not done.  So the living room remains a staging area for that and has turned into the make shift corporate war room with both Paul and Dominica working out of it full time, so needless to see it is a total mess.

So all manner of cleaning all morning.  The upside is that household firedrills of this nature are great for getting the house looking better than it often does.

After such a crazy busy day yesterday, today really was not all that bad.  Get enough done on Sunday, and I guess Monday can be okay.

I was so busy today that I had to skip lunch.  Lots of meetings and catching up.  But the day went well.
