Medifast Status: Day 23, Down ~17.5lbs
Pretty much a completely uneventful day. I’m sure that there was something of interest at the time but as I am working hard at playing catchup with the site after falling weeks behind I am unable to remember anything that happened this day. My calendar is blank.
At least I am finally catching up a little.
