Medifast Status: Day 313, Down ~76.5lbs (23.5lbs to go)
Today is the first day with the Grice family in town all day. They arrived yesterday. The girls were pretty tired this morning after their late night out last night.
This is my “on call” weekend with the office and, like most on call Sundays, I had to work all day. Dominica and Francesca went out shopping leaving me babysitting at the house. It was quiet afternoon with the kids, mostly.
This evening we just went out and got take out from McDonald’s. At least that is what I got for Dominica and Liesl. I skipped eating today as I often try to do the day before my weigh in at Medifast.
